The Public Defender Variant is no longer available for sale through the Busse Combat because it Sold Out in 2006, and has been Discontinued! The Public Defender was introduced by Jerry Busse in 2002 and has since been discontinued. This one is a Ultra Rare one and not many of this model were produced for the Microscopic Extravaganzaaa in 2006. So this knife started out it's life as Black Crinkle Coated Public Defender Variant with Full Ram's Horn handles which were modified back than to be more rounded and a bit shorter to fit into the hand better. I sent this back to go through the Busse Custom Shop and they transformed it into this beautiful knife we see here. There was a free hand ground sharpened top edge put on the spine of this knife and the saber ground into more of a flat ground. This now has an INFI Steel blade that is .18" thick with a rare Satin Finish and a fine V-Ground Edge! The handle is now a Custom Hand Smoothed Olive Green/Black G10 G-rexed Mammoth Tooth Bolstered Curly Oak Handle finished off with Mosaic Pins. This is Beautiful and feels great in the Hand now that the handle is thicker. This blade has been transformed more from a Tanto into a Drop Point Blade. This is so beautiful that I have considered keeping this for myself! This has a fine V-Ground Edge that is Razor Sharp. This is Brand New, never used, carried or sharpened. This is made of the infamous INFI Steel which is a proprietary Steel is used ONLY by Busse Combat! This knife will be backed 100% with Lifetime Warranty from Busse Combat!
